Terms of Service

1. The service

Drento helps you turn an app idea into a complete blueprint — pages, components, wireframes, designs, and logos — generated by AI. The service is provided as-is and may evolve over time.

2. Your account

• You must sign in with Google. You're responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Drento.
• You may have only one account per person.
• You can delete your account at any time from settings.

3. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

• Generate content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other IP rights.
• Generate content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or designed to harm others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the AI providers Drento integrates with.
• Resell or sublicense the Drento service.
• Use Drento to build a competing AI app-generation product.
• Bypass rate limits, quotas, or authentication.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Content ownership

You own the apps, blueprints, designs, and logos Drento generates from your prompts.Drento claims no ownership over your output. You can use it commercially, modify it, redistribute it — it's yours.

That said: AI-generated content may not be eligible for copyright in some jurisdictions, and you're responsible for verifying that your generated content doesn't infringe third-party rights before commercial use.

5. Subscription & payments

• Free tier is available with usage limits.
• Paid tiers are processed via NOWPayments (cryptocurrency). Pricing is displayed on the pricing page.
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: due to the nature of cryptocurrency payments, all sales are final. We may issue case-by-case refunds for service outages or charging errors. Contact billing@drento.app with refund requests.

6. AI provider terms

Drento integrates with third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, fal.ai). When you use one of their models, your prompts are sent to that provider and subject to their terms. We are not responsible for the output of third-party AI models.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee 100% uptime. Drento may be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to issues at our hosting providers. We're not liable for losses caused by service downtime.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Drento is provided "as is". We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness-for-purpose of generated content. AI output can be wrong, biased, or misleading — verify everything before using it commercially.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drento's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

You can stop using Drento at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. On termination, you retain the right to download your data for 30 days before it's permanently deleted.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app banner. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where the service operator is established. Disputes will be resolved in that jurisdiction's courts.
